We were served these at a steakhouse and I was enchanted with them. I cook with lemon often, as we have a wonderful lemon tree in our backyard. They are cute, as they look like little "birds". You do have sliced wedges thinly to fit into these, but that's no big deal. It's amazing how much lemon juice squeezes out. I need to buy a few more, for when we have dinner guests. These are fun and very useful.

We first saw these onboard an Oceania cruise in their specialty restaurant. So impressed that I immediately went online and ordered. Bought a second set as stocking stuffers. Just cut the lemon in thin slices and place skin side down. Convenient, easy to use, and washes easily.

These are great conversation pieces for a dinning table. They work great, remember which way to put the lemon in, the peel goes on the bottom, dont force it, if it's not going easy, you have the lemon either too big or in wrong...ask how I know. But treated properly, will last a long time. Broke my first one, now ordered two more!
